The concise and mellow British accent, the narrow and damp London streets, the shabby and playful antique taxis, the atmosphere in the film fascinates me, and what is even more commendable is the plot of the story.
Jacks, the female editorial assistant of a fashion magazine, insists on only going to bed with men she doesn't love, and falling in love with men who don't have sex, because she feels that only homosexuality can give her the sense of security that she is not controlled. Her best boyfriend, Peter, a reporter for a movie magazine, dreams of becoming a screenwriter, and also dreams of a movie-like encounter with the man she was destined to meet!
The lighthearted and humorous plot, the lines that can't help but laugh, after laughing for an unknown number of times, the corners of the eyes are warm tears.
In fact, the two people in the film have both committed modern emotional diseases: phobias and fantasy.
Phobia - The inability to love for fear of hurting. After taking damage once, it is determined that 1=100=all.
Jacks has met a failed man, and she believes that all heterosexual men are unreliable, and only gay men can give her a sense of security. When facing someone who truly loves her, she almost misses out on a good marriage because of her arbitrariness. In reality, how many girls have been hurt once by a man, and they believe that "men don't have a good thing", and can't seriously devote themselves to new relationships, and even claim that they only love women?
Paranoia - our generation grew up in the video age, we always replace our life experience with plots in movies, TV series and even novels, so as to arrive at our own value orientation. Love should be like in TV, movies, novels.
Peter has never been in love, and the love in his eyes is those classic moments in the movie - falling in love with someone at first sight in a certain place, and lightning in his heart. However, he didn't know how to start a relationship with that person. How many girls feel like they are experts in love after watching a few Korean dramas, and always use "no feeling" as an excuse to be single when it comes to chattering about the standard of the other half. In fact, falling in love is always a fantasy in the mind.

two people give each other, run in each other, support each other, and create and enjoy a beautiful life and romantic love together.
Not how you romantically fall in love at first sight.
Love is a choice.
Only when you truly love can you experience the sweetness and beauty of love.
