The first time I came into contact with Makoto Shinkai's film was when I was in my third year of high school. When I was studying one night, I accidentally turned to an article about Makoto Shinkai in Youth Digest. Attracted, so one day late at night, I finished watching "Your Name" alone. Since then, I have become a loyal fan of Makoto Shinkai?
I personally like this "Children Chasing the Stars", although some plots are not very clear, such as how the heroine and Shun fall in love, it is difficult to resonate. The whole movie is about the story of lonely people: the heroine who lost her father when she was young and her mother was away from home for many years because of work; lost her beloved glasses teacher; lost the letter of her only relative. They are all lonely in their hearts, and they are eager to find the person who belongs to them to comfort their empty hearts.
I like the thank you character in the movie very much, I like the teacher's persistence in treating his lover, the heroine's senseless pursuit of love, and the perseverance and kindness of the letter. Although the hero and heroine did not live together happily in the end, I believe that as long as I stick to what I love And keep pursuing her, the goal will be achieved.
