In this part of love, Orlando betrayed his previous marriage contract because he fell in love with Sasha, the daughter of the ambassador of the Principality of Moscow, but finally experienced Sasha's betrayal because of reality. Orlando therefore believes that women know betrayal.
In this section of poetry, Orlando turns from an initial obsession with poetry to a later rejection because he is judged for not having the talent, which humiliates his noble self-esteem.
In this part of politics, Orlando wanted to relieve the spiritual pain in a foreign country, but witnessed the brutal killing of war. So Orlando got tired of being a man and naturally became a woman.
In the social part, Orlando talked with several current literary and artistic celebrities, and only felt that they did not appreciate and respect women at all. So she rejected the Grand Duke's courtship, obviously disappointed with the man.
In the sexual part, Orlando refuses to travel freely, but becomes a real woman, a woman who lives for love.
In the rebirth, Orlando has become a writer, a single mother, no longer shackled by fate, leaving the past behind and gaining a new life.
The only protagonist of this film is Orlando, and the other vivid classic characters are just bright foils. Orlando represents the immortal spirit, the immortal soul, who has been following the true feelings of his heart until he is truly free. Because of the existence of civilization, the beauty in human nature continues to bloom and wither, and it is still beautiful. Whether it is emotion, art, or equality between men and women, the freedom of the soul has always moved people!
I really like the dance in the film, and the part where Orlando circles in the flowerbed, as well as the final ending song, there is a kind of empty inspiration. The many dialogues are as beautiful as poetry, absorbing the essence of civilization!
