The sequel to the "Butterfly Effect" that shocked us at the beginning is said to have been released on DVD and not released. If this is the result of the distributor's market segmentation - theater runners and people who are happy to sit on their sofas are largely two groups - then it can indeed avoid a considerable part of the rave reviews. While the sequel is shockingly (and shockingly!) uninspired, it's not that bad for viewers "fortunately" who haven't seen the first.
In addition, I always feel that the hero's love for his girlfriend in the sequel is not as good as the previous one. Is it because the relationship setting of childhood sweethearts is missing?
