I agree with Lee Jin-tae very much

I like Zhentai's outlook on life and agree. What is the most important thing in life? Maybe it's not the same for everyone, but I believe that the real thoughts in most people's hearts should be the same answer! The most important thing is your family and relatives. No matter how the times change, no matter where you are, your family is the most important concern in your heart.

The so-called xxism, in the face of family love, must be worthless.

Koreans can make such a movie, and they are very envious of the degree of social freedom in South Korea

for me the best Korean/war movie, one and only. i was crying like a mad dog got castrated, I watched this film at the first floor of my college library while my friend was making out with his girl behind the bookshelf, still cant believe he had the balls to ask me to keep it down.

The mediocre genre narrative and unspectacular visual presentation, but what cannot be concealed is its extremely strong anti-war sentiment and grim plot arrangement. The war confuses everything and forces everything to go crazy. Instead of a grand narrative, let us witness the absurdity and cold-bloodedness of the war from the point of view of the two brothers

Tae Guk Gi: The Brotherhood of War quotes

  • Jin-tae: [pulls out Jin-seok's pen that he lost] I found this in the fire. I've been holding onto this for you.

Jin-seok: Give it to me... when I see you again.

  • Jin-seok: I wish this was all just a dream. I want to wake up in my bed, and over breakfast, I'd tell you that I had a strange dream. Then I would go to school, and you and mom would go to work.
