I quite like the style shown in "The Ring Story": the soft, sad slow pace. Just like people's personalities are different, there are impatient ones and slow ones, and the same goes for film and television works, except for the climax of the cool movie, there should also be such a calm type like an old age, which makes me ponder and reverie in the afternoon after dinner.
Eight episodes of diversity, each fighting but also connected. The themes are very rich: family, friendship, love, same-sex, career, time... a small story like this is actually the most suitable for writing a drama review after watching one episode, but because the content is too complicated rather than easy to write.
I think a slow-paced film like this, which gives a lot of shots and time to the static close-up of the characters and the close-up of the environment, is indeed inexplicably attractive to me (of course, the number of likes in the short review is the first. I know it's probably not for others), especially the overall environment tends to be a sad and low atmosphere. If you want me to imagine a best viewing scene for this show, it is as follows: summer, alone or with a partner, at four or five in the afternoon, there is rain (the sound of rain can be heard), put a mobile phone tablet on the TV projector Lie on the sofa or bed. This kind of scene should be suitable for all literary films, the sadness of summer.
