I'm here for Ryuichi Sakamoto

As expected, if you watch a movie with a rotten girl mentality, you can only notice two handsome uncles.
I was attracted by Hikaru Utada's Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence a long time ago, and I didn't know the existence of this movie until I overheard the Ryuichi Sakamoto version not long ago and had a completely different feeling.
Maybe it's because I've heard it too many times before, so as soon as the opening music came out, tears flowed unconsciously. Especially in the two scenes where Yonoi caught Jack trying to run away and Jack took the initiative to kiss Yonoi. The same piece of music was used, and it was so beautiful that I couldn't help myself. Coupled with their expressions, I was about to get drunk.
Although the movie is classic, the acting skills of the uncles are slightly exaggerated, and they still prefer a modern performance style, which is more realistic and natural.
ps, hope Sakamoto Ryuichi recovers soon~~

Two couldn't help crying, the first was when David Bowie kissed Sakamoto until Sakamoto cut his hair, and the second was when Kitano Takeshi, who finally shaved his head, said Merry Christmas Mr.Lawrence to Lawrence. This quiet power is one of the best WWII films in my opinion.

Tell me about you, if you do music, you can do music and then come to act, just act in acting, and you still look so beautiful.
