After watching the first season, I didn't expect that 19-year-old I would find resonance with Gemma. All of her tenacity, loneliness, and stubbornness to protect her own weakness strikes me. The family is always her biggest bottom line. She tries her best to maintain the original appearance and give her children the most primitive living environment.
But the bottom line cannot overcome the principle, and the repeated lies challenged her, and she finally showed her own attitude. She is smart and calm, and uses the resources around her to investigate and decipher the ultimate truth.
She shows us that she is not a perfect woman. At least she is not professional enough in her work. She casually violates the patient confidentiality agreement, and sees a doctor for Xiaosan Jiasai. As well as being very patient with friends and partners who are very soft-hearted, it is too easy to trust others. When emotions are out of control, they will hurt others without hesitation. This is a plump and flesh-and-blood character, who has weaknesses and persistence, can be very tender or brutal.
But drama is not reality after all, and reality may be more bloody than this, and most people will be more helpless. Look out of the place that traps you and see how ridiculous the people who think they are lying, and when you can get away completely, you win.
