I saw this just after watching "Fang Siqi's First Love Paradise" and threw up. Adults seduce minors and make minors think that they are legitimate love. When the children reach adulthood, they realize how much they have been hurt, but there is no evidence, and the perpetrators are at large. Coaches, teachers, these roles that were supposed to guard children have become childhood nightmares of children.

Mrs. G played Bill's die-hard "accomplice", a role that was mapped to social reality, and you'll find too many people whose consciousness and memory are distorted, including the protagonist himself. The film tells the inner thoughts of the victims through constant memories, disruptions and reconstructions, and presents the psychological disasters brought about by sexual abuse of minors by constructing conflicts and doubts between the present and the past—forgetting and self escape.

The Tale quotes

  • Bill: When I say naga, you say nee! Ready? Naga!

    Jenny at 13: Nee!

  • Jennifer: [sarcastically shouting] What? Hasn't anybody else here had *sex* with Bill?
