There are no metaphors in the second part, it's all an obvious satire on the system, including the relationship between Japan and the United States, and the Japanese social hierarchy. There is really nothing deeper to dig, but it can make the audience laugh.
The third film is very good, the atmosphere is well constructed, it adds a little bit to the film, and the meaning expressed is also very obvious, but it is not thought-provoking.
In short, it is unsatisfactory, and the score is so high, perhaps because the crowd watching animation is different from the crowd watching movies in general, resulting in different scoring standards.
