The film is completely a prequel to Infernal Affairs. Although there are still some problems in the connection of the story and whether the plot is clearly explained, it is still a very good gangster movie. Wu Zhenyu's acting skills are very good, and he vividly played a sultry gangster head in the movie. Shawn Yue and Edison Chen's performances are also very stable. What I have to mention in this film is that the relationship between Huang Qiusheng and Carina Lau is set to use each other, on the one hand, for their husbands, on the other hand, to get rid of the serious troubles in their hearts, the interests of both sides are very tricky. The friendship between Huang Qiusheng and Zeng Zhiwei was erratic, and finally parted ways for personal gain. I like the actor who plays the third uncle in the film. His appearance is sinister and cunning, and the appearance of the man who plays the black man is also a standard gangster appearance.
