Who went to Antarctica? What brought them to Antarctica?

Unlike Australia in the 18th century, the exile and gold rush of England's thieves and robbers, Antarctica in the 21st century is a destination for the spiritual journey of

visionaries from all over the world; Scientists, linguists, filmmakers, travelers, former NGO employees, Inca royalty and more, the diversity is amazing;

"...when the first time I got down here, I sort of enjoyed the sensation of recognizing people with my tribal markings...hey, these are my people...";

here"...PhDs washing dishes, and you know, linguists on a continent with no languages, and that's sort of thing, it's great...";

This documentary about this land without the south may trigger us to rethink our universe, world, reality, future, life...;

"...through our eyes, the universe is perceiving itself; and through our ears, the universe is listening to its cosmic harmonies; and we are witnesses through which the universe becomes conscious of its glory and magnificence...";

although some of the narrations sounded inevitable, the director hopes The meaning conveyed is still well conveyed;

For me, the sound of the seals coming from under the ice caps like pink floyd music is magical.

    Get a glimpse of Antarctica

    Antarctica is so beautiful! So close to the universe! I really admire those environmental protection researchers who have abandoned their family and business and abandoned their materialistic desires. Their life experiences are so rich and washed away, just for the only earth we have, the Antarctic. I especially like the part about penguins in the film. It turns out that female penguins will also sell their bodies for stones, and even more arrogant penguins will break away from the crowd and run to the distance they think is bliss...

    Stefan Pashov: There is a beautiful saying by an American philosopher, Alan Watts. He used to say that through our eyes the universe is perceiving itself, and through our ears the universe is listening to its cosmic harmonies. And we are the witness to which the universe becomes conscious of its glory, of its magnificence.

  • Werner Herzog: Is there such a thing as insanity in a penguin?
