Kaner.

In Beijing dialect, the meaning of Kan'er is very similar to the meaning of "robbery" in Buddhist terms, but to a lesser degree. Because most disasters will become the end point of people, and the hurdles can often be passed. Therefore, psychological problems can be divided into mild "hobble" and severe "calamity".

Losing a loved one, losing a job, and losing a goal in life are all major setbacks in life, but each person's definition of him is often different, so "Kan'er" and "Jie" have different definitions.

The psychiatrist in the film loses his beloved wife, his son fails to find his job, and the mother of a black girl leaves her. In the face of setbacks, the original life changed the track and became disorganized.

Maybe it was the mutual sympathy, or the guidance of the light in silence, they finally got out of the "robbery", but this is the "hurdle" in their life after all.

After watching the film, we can probably forget him with a pot of tea, because we are already tired of that kind of spiritual redemption mission. "Han'er" is something that people must go through and can often encounter, so we don't take it seriously. However, the film does not describe how those characters get through these mundane "hurdles", he describes how to interpret "robbery" as "hurdles". This is usually not noticed by ordinary viewers, and is the key to why the film is mediocre.

The filmmakers try to tell an optimistic story of dealing with setbacks in a close-to-the-people line, but there are still a few people who really have that kind of heart-wrenching experience. I have to say, this is a niche movie. But watch it carefully, you will learn a lot, a kind of preventive science and education film similar to mental insurance.
