In general, as a 3D movie, the 3D effect of this drama is much better than other films in the Spring Festival, Mermaid and Macau. Except for the first three minutes of the film, I felt that it was really 3D, and the rest really blinded my eyes. And Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon 2 at least barely passes in this regard, but it's really not flattering in other aspects. Most of a Chinese costume film was shot in New Zealand, and the characters' dialogues were dubbed in English and Chinese later. When watching the film, there was a blunt feeling of translating foreign blockbusters back into Chinese. Michelle Yeoh's dubbing, and thought it was Zhen Huan possessed? There are countless bugs in the play, and Yu Jiaolong's martial arts are so good that she was drunk by a woman who had no power to change her child while she was sleeping. Meng Sizhao was forcibly pulled into the plot by the director's conjuring spirit, and choosing Zhen Zidan simply couldn't be too much.
The film was forced into American heroism in order to cater to overseas markets. One of the few advantages is that the play is very good but a little less, and it is clean and neat to tell a story in 100 minutes, and the snow bottle side is beautiful. All in all, Director Yuan cannot really convey the essence of Chinese culture to foreigners like Director Ang Lee, barely two points or more.
