It is a film that kills time and is quite catchy but does not lose the role of popular science. The whole film exudes a drama temperament, which is mainly reflected in the large paragraphs of lines and Qiu Hua's excessive force (no). When I saw that the director is a drama director and Genius is his big screen debut, I was like no wonder. The performance and chemistry of the two leading actors are still commendable, and I really like the interactions when they revise the manuscript of the novel together. Although Qiu Hua is a little too hard, the pilgrim image with a serious face looks really good. One of my favorite snippets:
Qiu Hua: you will hate it.
Uncle Face: Try me.
I:???
And Qiu Hua was asked to cut down to the point where she broke down: Some books are supposed to be long. You know? Thank Christ Tolstoy never met you. We'd have that great novel War and Nothing.
Just a lot of tricks.
