How to get rid of the handcuffs of the soul

I have watched horror movies for more than ten years, and there are very few horror movies that can make me feel "feel". This is one of the few.

This time the "feeling" was nervousness and nausea. Especially the part where the heroine escaped. I was so nervous that I sat up and watched it unconsciously.

The hostess was handcuffed to the bed of an uninhabited suburban villa by handcuffs. It is extremely unlikely that she will be spotted. There are also wild dogs looking at her. It seems that only death is waiting for her. Only by removing the handcuffs can she live. So she worked hard, paid a lot of pain, did it, and survived.

Where are the handcuffs on the soul? If you want to fade away, you have to endure unbearable pain. The handcuffs on the soul will not threaten your life, it will only make you sad, but it traps you for a lifetime.

Maybe it is because I also have such a pair of handcuffs in my heart, which makes me often toss and turn, and makes me often make many choices that shouldn't be made, just like a female protagonist who endures her husband's contempt and derails.

We all have a chance of redemption, and hope that I can also walk like the sun like the heroine.
