Will the working class die before the age of robotic arms?

Chinese capital entered the United States and "exploited" the American working class. The American factory trade unions protested in order to protect the interests of the workers, but were voted down by the class they defended.

The American Factory is such a fantastic documentary. Cao Dewang’s Fuyao Glass Factory came to the local bankrupt industrial area through the attraction of investment from the United States, bringing them physical industries, bringing job opportunities to unemployed workers, and bringing local governments. Here comes the tax. However, the different environments and national conditions of China and the United States have caused very sharp contradictions between workers and management. The resistance of American workers to the Chinese factory model has prevented the efficiency of the glass factory from improving, and the production efficiency has not reached the standard. Cao Dewang is naturally very angry. It came because of the low taxes in the United States and the preferential policies of the local government. Now, the troubles caused by workers make Fuyao's American factories unable to meet domestic standards. The quality of the glass is not good, and the efficiency is not good. Basically, the Chinese management began to divide the workers, because the American trade union organization wanted to set up a trade union in Fuyao Glass America Factory. Cao Dewang was very scared when he heard it. He said unions were not good for management and production. It was said that the glass factory would stop if the trade union had it. In the end, Chinese capital defeated American labor unions and exploited the American working class in American factories, earning more for more work and lower welfare. Although follow-up protests continued, the factory was on track.

American factories are the windows for the United States and even European and American countries to understand Chinese factories. I believe everyone has seen how our sweatshop model develops. In an automated workshop, youth is exchanged for money, and there is no necessary labor welfare guarantee. A typical example is the Foxconn employee jumping off the building. The younger generation of workers no longer only care about future money like their ancestors did. The loss of self-worth and the mentality of being incapable of human dignity have led them to death.

The trade unions in capitalist countries such as the United States are so powerful that the industries of these American capitalists have been transferred to the third world, and East Asia has become the largest recipient. The workers in the rust belt lost their jobs, and the lack of local competition could not attract the entry of capital. The original car manufacturing workers in the rust belt lost their livelihood and could only rely on social assistance. One of the workers said to the documentary footage that his daughter was doing manicures to promote himself. Earn a lot more.

Unemployment of workers meets the influx of Chinese capital. These people at the bottom have almost no choice but to resist or join. It is not easy for anyone to live. From this point of view, the working class in China and the United States are brothers. It is not natural for Chinese workers to show obedience and self-consciousness to the management. They have a family to support and money to spend. The workers who choose to stay in the United States are roughly in the same situation, with children living expenses and no other skills. After a few years of unemployment, I finally have a job opportunity, and giving up some of my benefits is not so unacceptable. Fuyao succeeded in crowding out the lazy, the physically weak, and the supporters of disobedience to managers and unions.

They are so taboo on trade unions because they are not in the same camp as themselves at the level of capital production. However, China's labor union is on the same side as the company. Cao Dewang himself is not a party member, but the chairman of his company's labor union is a relative. Usually serve the overall situation, very aware of the overall situation. China's trade unions exist in name only, selectively ignoring unreasonable working hours and necessary labor security. So much so that domestic factories are not surprised at such things as picking up glass with their bare hands. The militarized management of Chinese factories is particularly impressive. Before starting work, you must stand in line to acclimate, and do the same before leaving get off work. Instill patriotism, nationalism, and gather awareness through the party.

The operation of Fuyao is almost a model for every factory, decades ago, and it will be the same in the future. The filming party of this film is the United States, and the display in the United States is only a part. Cao Dewang of Fuyao Glass still has the courage to show the real face of the Chinese factory, because obviously, we cannot shoot the reality of the Chinese factory. It is foreseeable that no manufacturer will Agree to make such a documentary.

Cao Dewang's last visit to the American factory was obviously not satisfactory. The speed of American workers is too slow. In the future, they will have to be replaced by machines. This is a real nightmare.

The working class, as a differentiated class of human beings, will be completely replaced. Could it be the progress of the new technological era?
