I saw the cultural conflict, but I didn't understand much, so I still wrote about the parts that touched me and some ideas. China and the United States have conflicts due to different cultures and systems. Originally, those who wanted to integrate into the United States and adopted Americans as the factory leaders, but later they were replaced by Chinese management due to the continuous loss of money. Americans think that factories do not provide a safe working environment, that sewage is sloppy, that their working hours are not respected, and that there is no encouragement. China believes that Americans have low work efficiency and low output efficiency, and they have to create unions, which will be checked and balanced. It really shows the conflict caused by different cultures. Both sides are justified. This is not a question of right or wrong. It turns out that multinational companies are so difficult and encounter so many problems. At the end, the workers in the factory are being replaced by automated machines step by step. I can't help but think, what will happen to these people's lives, and where should they go? Technological progress has brutally eliminated these people. In the past 70 years, China has developed rapidly, many industries and many types of work are being eliminated, and of course many new industries have emerged. These older people, it is difficult for them to transition, it is difficult to learn new things, and because of the decline in physical function, the speed will also be slower. This elimination is cruel to them. Not sure how they solve these problems.
Mr. Cao Dewang, he said later that although the times are progressing and the material is rich, he will feel a little lost because he will never return to the time when the insects were singing. I don't know if what I've done is a good thing or a bad thing, I have opened many factories and disturbed the peace of many places.
Unexpectedly, after Mr. Cao's wind and frost, his heart was weak and a little shocked.
A female employee who advocated the founding of a labor union said in frustration that I thought I was a good employee after being laid off by her job. It was obvious that she was sincere and a little confused. Why does a person who opposes the factory think he is a good employee?
