Looking at work in the United States from the front is quite exciting. Americans want to go to work like this, so I feel that I am not too aggrieved to go to work. Looking back, I actually felt empathy with the management, and I felt that American workers were looking for things, and they were lazy and went to labor unions. In the end, the union was not established. Looking at those people, and women, carrying such a large glass, working overtime, two shifts, and cleaning the glass with their bare hands. I feel very sad and can't speak out. Even if the union will benefit some lazy people, it can at least protect basic human rights and at least allow people to live with dignity. Especially compared to the previous high income, living in a big house, and working easily. The Chinese have endured hardship for so long that they all take it for granted. In the section when American employees visited China, the contrast was the biggest, and it was very touching.
But there is no way, survival is still life. In the end, mechanization replaced the jobs of many people, resulting in 200 million people around the world looking for new jobs. This data is too shocking. People have no choice but to exchange life and dignity for survival.
I feel distressed for the American employees. From their point of view, it seems that the Chinese have robbed them of their jobs and their good life. It seems that the Chinese are getting better and better and the Americans are getting worse.
But who said that the Chinese people in Asia, Africa and Latin America were born to live a miserable life, Americans and Europeans should live such a rich life, and now they are just slowly sharing resources and opportunities to achieve a balance. They are still working hard to gain a little material freedom. Americans are just beginning to taste that life requires hard work. This imbalance has persisted for nearly a hundred years. In any case, I hope that human beings can get better and better, but the tragedy is eternal, there will always be bottom laborers struggling on the edge of survival, and it is getting harder and harder. The replacement of robots is a side. Resources are always limited. Will there be a time when everyone has dignity and can survive without struggling?
