American factory: moving bricks, it is impossible to move happily all the time

I have been reading Mr. Cao Dewang's autobiography, "The Heart Like Bodhi" for the past two days. I also watched "American Factory" by the way, which is a documentary about his opening of a factory in the United States. I watched it twice.

The final result was that 60% of the people opposed whether the company should set up a union. It can be seen that 444 votes in the enterprise support the establishment of a trade union. From the documentary, we can see that those who support the establishment of a trade union and those who have not been fired are those who are not so fiercely opposed.

The people who supported the union and were fired were the ones who were blown away by the slightest incident. This is most directly reflected in Jill, the female forklift worker.

For most people, if they want to support the establishment of a trade union, but also don’t want to stand up and carry the flag and lose their jobs, the best way is to push those people who can’t hold back their anger and love their hair, and use them as gunmen, and it’s done.
