I watched Baahubali 2 yesterday and added 1 today. This Indian film is still very flavorful, because it is an Indian myth, naturally there is some magical realism in it. For example, the male protagonist turned on the power that no one can beat. He is a god, but he will still lose.
Although the film is good, I really don't understand the logic of the Indian film narrative. The beginning of 1 was when the queen mother tried her best to play Mahatma Baahubali, which was the same scene after an hour and a half in 2 in the show. 1 After talking about Mossad growing up, he dismissed her without knowing that the imprisoned Devorin was his biological mother, and then started Uncle Pa’s storytelling, followed by Baahubali, also Moh. The story of how Dad Tuo became a prince. And 2 follows this story, telling that Baahubali traveled around before the coronation and fell in love with Deva Sina, but was persecuted by his brother’s conspiracy against his mother, and was eventually killed by Uncle Pa. At this time, Xiao Mo At birth, the beginning of 1 appears, and then a large section in the middle requires the audience to fill up the front of 1, and then the road to revenge for Xiao Mo begins.
In general, the story is originally A1+A2+B1+B2, A is the story of Baahubali and Devasina, and B is the story of their son. In the movie, however, 1 is B1+A1, and 2 is A2+B2. Each one concludes whether he or his dad is the protagonist. I can’t understand the logic of Indian directors.
Personally, I like the story of Baahubali and Devashina. Maybe it’s because I prefer this kind of natural prince and princess. One is the invincible, kind-hearted prince, and the other is the courageous and maternal princess. The two admire each other, do not hide, love each other boldly, and draw each other deeply.
The two things that impressed me the most:
One is Baahubali, who has always listened to his mother. He was handsome and drew his sword when his mother ordered the arrest of Divas, saying that he promised not to let her be wronged. The rebellion added fuel and jealousy at this time, saying that Shiva would make mistakes, but the queen mother would not, but Baahubali said, "Mother, you are wrong. It is wrong to promise to treat her as someone else's wife without consulting the girl."
The second is that a man used his authority to arrange women in a row when they went to the temple, taking the opportunity to take advantage of them. When Deva Sina saw it, he grabbed the knife and chopped off his finger.
In the trial court, Baahubali said after asking clearly, "Yes, Divas, then you have committed a crime. If he violates a woman, you should not cut off your fingers, but his head. ", so he turned around handsomely, added his own bgm, clicked, and his head fell to the ground.
This film reflects the religious beliefs of the Indian people. There is a spirit in their hearts, which is reflected in the cousin of Devashina. After Baahubali inspired him, he turned from a coward to a warrior. That is The power of faith, they believe in Shiva in this film, and Baahubali is the incarnation of Shiva.
But God, it will also be hurt. What can hurt him is not the enemies with spears and swords, nor the conspiracy and tricks of cunning enemies, but the betrayal of the closest people.
But this kind and righteous Baahubali still smiled after being hurt by his closest relatives.
To sum up, after watching this film, I hope that I can always maintain kindness and justice, and also realize a truth. If you want to protect yourself and the justice in your heart at the same time, you must first make yourself stronger.
Only when I am strong, and others can't hurt me, I have the ability to help others, defend justice, and protect kindness without fearing the villain.
