we are similar to each other

The first time I watched a Turkish movie, it was a boring movie, but luckily it didn't last long. It's the kind of stuffiness that gives people space to think. Just two leading actors, a few supporting roles, and few lines made this film sweep Cannes in 2003.
The earth is so big and time is so vast. It has always been thought that, except around us, everything in other regions and countries is very different from our life. There are such differences, but there are also endless similarities. This shrinks us an infinite distance from the world.
Snowy Istanbul, deserted ports, hoarse ships, ordinary parks, cluttered streets, indifferent hotels, hospitals. There are also stories of embarrassment and alienation from poor relatives from the countryside. It's like it's happening all around us.
They each have their own thoughts and desires for life. When everyone is separated, they end up in the same way, because death, loneliness, and helplessness are spreading.
In fact, there are countless living beings, everyone is different, and everyone is the same!
