I watched this documentary before going to bed and couldn't calm down for a long time after watching it. In many corners of the world, humans live in ways you never knew existed. Sebastian captured it all with his footage.
In the depths of the Andes, there lives a group of devout Christians who like to get drunk on weekends. People there have a special concept of time. The days become slower, and it will feel like a century has passed in a trance. so long. In Mexico, there is a group of farmers called Miez, who love music so much that as long as they can play music, they don't have to work.
In the African Sahel, people are driven from one barren land to another barren land by brutal governments, with no food, no water, and no place to live. Starvation, sickness, death is the continuation of life in that land. In Africa's Goma region, where people are dying like ants due to the spread of malaria, a father left as if nothing had happened after throwing his child into the dead.
Sebastian stopped writing after leaving Goma and began to question the redemption of mankind, he saw the center of darkness.
After returning to his native Brazil, he rebuilt a forest, and as if seeing hope in the regeneration of this native land, he began to create again. This time, as a humanistic photographer, he turned his lens to nature, and everything was just the beginning.
