Before this, I had never seen Dolan's handsome and talented work. Yesterday was his birthday, so I turned out his sixth directorial work and watched it again.
In the first half of the movie, I watched the bullet screen at station B. It was a mess. After all, there are few changes in the whole movie scene, the story is not very interesting, and the content of the structure is mostly focused on one-on-one or one-to-many awkward dialogues middle.
But it was in such awkward dialogues, Dolan's switching shots, and MV-like images that I felt the deep forbearance of love, and I didn't understand the contradictions of expressing love and the abnormal subtle emotions in the family, so that at the end the family was on the verge of death. This is undoubtedly the most controversial movie among fans who watch the movie and like Dolan, but no matter what, Dolan used his own way to tell the story with close-ups and Dolan's perspective in the movie, showing humanity and Deformed family affection, an indescribable feeling, should be different for different groups of people, but for me, this is the one that touched my tears.
