What a nice view

What a nice view.

In the past, I found a book in the Nanjing Pioneer Bookstore, saying that the origin of Western aesthetics started from the aesthetics of the human body. Starting from people, a set of systems is extended, so its core is self, personal, and "I" is a very important concept. Then I felt that I never thought that the human body could be regarded as a work. It never occurred to me that I could look at my body like this. But after having this kind of thinking, I found that people can become confident from the inside out, because you recognize this body, you can recognize everything that this body brings, such as thoughts, wisdom, etc. You are your own work.

I really don’t know much about the history of Western art, so I can’t understand the stories told in it using paintings as a metaphor(?). Although I was occasionally exposed to European history when I was a child, I thought that Europe was a suitable place for older people to retire and young talents. Don't go, young people should go to Africa.

After reading this, if you want to know more about European art history, young people can also go to Europe.

Room in Rome quotes

  • [after having sex for the first time]

Natasha: Alba? This stays here, okay? In this room.

Alba: Within these four walls... in Rome.

Natasha: Promise me... what we just did stays here between us.

Alba: But since we are here, let's have some fun.

Natasha: All I ask is that this doesn't affect my life.

Alba: And how do you do that?

Natasha: By agreeing... the two of us. I have a life outside of this room and I know you have a life you want to protect. Don't you?

Alba: Very far from years. By tomorrow, Rome will send us to each opposite end of Europe.

  • Natasha: [while having sex]

    [in Russian; subtitled]

    Natasha: Poor thing.

Alba: [in Spanish; subtitled] Where did you come from? How could you show up like this, without warning?

Natasha: [in Russian] I can't believe I'm doing this.

Alba: [in Spanish] What are you doing to me? You're scaring me, my little Russian.

Natasha: [in Russian] Is this me? Making love to a woman? I can't recognize myself.

Alba: [in Spanish] Your Russian sounds so beautiful.

Natasha: [in Russian] Only for you. I'm trembling with fear too.
