Rurouni Kenshin|What a surprise

I haven't been very optimistic about Japanese anime remakes because it's not very exaggerated performances or very exaggerated scenes. I didn't expect this to be such a surprise. From the casting point of view, none of the cast members feel uncomfortable, especially the casting of Saitoichi, which is very good! Yosuke Eguchi is so suitable, his acting is very good! There is also Guan Liu, the hairstyle and teeth are too similar! I actually got the beauty of Aoi Yu. At first, I thought that the role of Gao Hehui should be a royal sister. I was not used to it, but I didn't expect to accept it after watching it. In each character, even their lines and tone are consistent with the anime, and everyone's characteristics are shown. I don't hesitate to give this drama 5 stars.

The assassin successfully retired and came out again (the protagonist). The old profiteer secretly makes opium to make money & mad devil eye stigma kills indiscriminately (enemy big boss). The escaped child bride, the doctor's daughter & the dead father's chivalrous daughter (love). The long knife is good for the sword and the military police (friendship and cooperation). Ps: Adapted from Nobuhiro Hezuki's "Rurouni Kenshin". Select events & characters from different chapters in the original book and reassemble into a new story. The fictional protagonist participates in the real historical process (the war at the end of the Shogunate period in Japan). The story is average, martial arts films are usually standard with background & character relationships, peace and prosperity & great conspiracy & save the world. The soundtrack & action design & art costumes are excellent.

I haven't read the original manga, so there is no question of disappointment or disappointment in the choice of live-action characters. I just feel that it is not suitable for the always pure Aoi Yu to play a mature woman like Gao Hehui. many. The movie basically tells the story of a prodigal son. In order to cooperate with the hero's journey of redemption, there are fewer fighting scenes in the film, but the action design is still neat.

Kaoru Kamiya: KENSHIN, DON'T! Don't become a manslayer again... Please don't kill him... Kenshin... For those who died by your blade... And for everyone whose life you have saved... Please don't kill him... A sword that doesn't kill... A sword that can protect... For this new age of peace... Isn't that what you fought for?

  • [Kaoru thinks Kenshin has left, then he appears with groceries]

    Kaoru Kamiya: Welcome home, Kenshin.
