Sleep talk, Akira Kurosawa said

Akira Kurosawa used several of his previous dreams to add a few associations, and after processing, it was combined into a more personal movie, which is the embodiment of Akira Kurosawa's personal thoughts.

"Dream" from small to big, from big to old, it is a person's growth process. It is also a reflection of his three views. It is impossible for each of us to exactly match other people's three views and life stages, but some stages are more consistent because they are roughly the same, and these stages can allude to our life and thus have universal significance.

The dream speaks clearly. Eight dreams:

①Clearly said: The magnificent nature in the eyes of childhood is so beautiful - Dream Talk: Nature is the first important element of the human sensory world. [The environment nurtures and shapes people, and has an educational and inspiring role. 】

②Ming said: the adult world is struggling -- dream talk: the dying struggle of struggle and the meaning of success. [The cruelty of society is self-evident, the way of survival in the adult world is like the test of the extreme natural environment of climbing a snow mountain. 】

③Ming said: the attention to politics and military in youth - dream talk: reflection and loneliness of war and peace. [Although the war is over, the psychological trauma is difficult to heal. 】

④Ming said: I dreamed of becoming a painter when I was young and middle-aged - dream talk: ideals make people chase, and reality makes people give up. (Looking for Van Gogh, passing through Van Gogh's paintings, and following Van Gogh's footsteps, but Van Gogh disappeared in the wheat field, and Van Gogh left.) [It means that dreams and reality are constantly overlapping and then succumb to reality. No talent is not enough for dreams. So turn to rationality, but dreams will be often remembered and unforgettable. 】

⑤ Ming said: Early middle-aged concerned about the humanitarian crisis - Dream Talk: The contradiction between collective danger and collective consciousness. (The explosion of a nuclear power plant and the eruption of Mount Fuji, people fled in chaos and panic.) [It reflects the social responsibility and crisis vigilance of middle-aged people who are the mainstay of society. 】

⑥ Clearly stated: The middle-aged and middle-aged are unable to protect the weak - Dream Talk: Human civilization in prison. (Nuclear radiation is everywhere, it cannot be shielded, and there is nowhere to escape.) [The link between the past and the next in middle age determines the nature of this group to protect other groups. 】

⑦Clearly stated: The emotion of being without support and the fear of death in the late middle age——Dream Talk: Human beings are destroyed by the pursuit of human beings. (The industry and weapons of nuclear fusion were invented for the sake of progress. The world destroyed by nuclear is dark and eerie, like hell, extremely terrifying!) [It reflects the reflection on the great progress of human civilization. 】

⑧ Clearly stated: optimistic and indifferent mentality in old age - dream talk: indifference to fame and fortune, pursuit of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. [It is a human need to live comfortably in old age. 】

Because Kurosawa Akira is Japanese, several of his dreams are related to Japan. In addition, several other dreams are of general significance. Especially ①②⑧.

This film is similar to his "Ran" - the art is very particular and very natural. Color and composition fully embody this expression.

However, its inner expression fully embodies the humanistic spirit of Akira Kurosawa, which is quite different from his other works. Because this work no longer starts with a story like a normal movie, and storytelling is no longer a magic weapon to attract moviegoers, it is obviously not able to attract a large number of people. It is largely the author's monologue, narrating his inner world in an abstract and euphemistic way, and at the same time the author hopes to spread his own humanistic spirit.

Once again, praise for the art in the film! Agree with the kernel in the slice.

Kurosawa's movies are so Japanese. Strong national sense and strong national culture. Although I don't like it, but it's first-rate. The fox becomes a demon. The peach trees bloom beautifully. Adversity at the top of the snow mountain. The army of the undead survived. Van Gogh talks to the pastoral. The nuclear leak of Mount Fuji was too predictable. The ogre dialogue is sad. The hundred-year-old village is quiet and far-reaching. The Japanese are also superstitious and talk about ghosts and dreams, so they are so different from other eastern and western countries.

Akira Kurosawa's most perfect work, as the last film of Akira Kurosawa's overall viewing is very wise. The intersection of idyll and hellscape, the shadow of war and nuclear explosion is a prediction of how big reality is. Many people say that Akira Kurosawa's sermons and hints are too obvious, but do you need to play narrative skills when telling these ideas? Movies are the carrier of ideas, or the expression of emotions. Works worthy of deep reflection
