Power struggle

Compared to the second season, I prefer the first season. All kinds of struggles, rights and honors in a small town. In a monopoly capitalist society, big capitalists and politicians are all in control of power, and the big Jim is extremely bad. In a monopoly capitalist society, citizens are still free and not collective; therefore, the residents of small towns still have great freedoms.

However, the big politicians of monopoly capitalism, in order to consolidate their advantageous position, began to eradicate dissidents, deter others, and establish authority. The targets to be eradicated include Barbie, Julia, and others. The target of deterrence is the policewoman, that is, the violent organization; thereby establishing an authority in the public that cannot be subverted. This season, as a whole, it is that Big Jim has gradually established his own power. Various shady methods are extremely ironic. At the same time, it also reveals the respective attitudes of various people under abnormal ecological conditions.

dome. Pink stars. The fifth episode was good, the end of the world. Overall four and a half stars, too many people died, the policewoman is so stupid

The first season actually ended like this, Luo Li was wordy and made up, and has no sense of science fiction.

Under the Dome quotes

  • Joe McAlisterNorrie Calvert-Hill: The pink stars are falling. The pink stars are falling in lines.

  • James 'Big Jim' Rennie: [Opening Narration, Season 3] Four weeks ago, an invisible dome crashed down on Chester's Mill, cutting us off from the rest of the world. The dome has tested our limits, forcing each of us to confront our own personal demons... rage... grief... fear. Now, in order to survive, we must battle our most dangerous adversary... the enemy within.
