Higuchi Shinji and Anno Hideaki have been special souls for decades, knowing that this is the Godzilla that really belongs to Japan. Cut-like precision editing, restrained scenes, masochistic shots. Shiro Herono's music is like the gospel of the coming, which makes people tremble. The special quality of Godzilla is really good, and the Tokyo night battle scene is desperate and profound.
