Out of Africa

The natural scenery of Africa and Aunt Mei's outstanding performance support the entire film. She has seen all the roles of Aunt Mei in this film, she is the most beautiful, strong and brave, and has an extraordinary life experience. The love in the film also gives people different feelings, perhaps in the part of biography, free grassland and free people.
Aunt Mei is still a bit more beautiful when she is older, and her facial lines are a bit hard when she is young. Needless to say, this film is still a fine product. The reality is much more cruel. From this film, Aunt Mei highlights her extraordinary language ability, imitating spoken voices. Both lovers were inhumane, but this big woman was affectionate and righteous. Before leaving, she still settled down with people around her, winning the respect of even those who rejected her at the time, and her love is boundless.

Out of Africa quotes

  • Karen Blixen: [Denys lands his two-seater aircraft, and Karen runs to greet him] Where did you get it?

    Denys: Mombasa. Get in!

Karen Blixen: [as they take off] When did you learn to fly?

    Denys: Yesterday!

  • Karen Blixen: "The time you won your town the race, we chaired you through the marketplace; man and boy stood cheering by, as home we brought you shoulder-high. Smart lad, to slip betimes away from fields where glory does not stay. Early though the laurel grows, It withers quicker than a rose. Now you will not swell the rout of lads that wore their honors out. Runners whom renown outran, and the name died 'fore the man. And round that early-laureled head will flock to gaze the strengthless dead and find unwithered on its curls a garland briefer than a girl's."
