The movie is just a screen shot by the director, and the reasons for the conflicts in the movie are more outside the movie. I can only appreciate the film as art, and if it were a true story, I would be heartbroken.
Maybe I'm not mature enough. I can't forgive the little boy for his father's reasons when he is rebellious, and I can't be as patient as Samantha. I just questioned my motives for watching the film. The deepest sadness is the little boy's trust problem. He doesn't trust the supervisor, the doorman, and Samantha, but he chooses to trust the father who abandoned him and the troubled teenager.
When Samantha chose the little boy I didn't think she was great, I felt sad. Her own life was not satisfactory and her boyfriend was not nice enough, so she grabbed the little boy to accompany her.
Differences in life experience will lead to differences in thinking, and I can't understand the various characters in the film.
In any case, this is a film that touches the heart, brings thinking, and is a worthwhile film.
