Renée ruined 'Miss Potter'

Watching this movie is supposed to be a kind of enjoyment, a romantic life story, cute cartoon characters, eye-catching lakes and mountains, beautiful music melody, but - but the heroine's face is overdone and hard-boiled is almost impossible. The moving face ruined the movie!

I don't know what the critics who praised Renée think about it, what's so cute? I wasn't expecting Miss Potter to find a beauty to play, because she's obviously not famous for her face. I don't have any prejudice against Renée, so I also like her. Even during the "BJ" period when she was too fat, and the "Chicago" period when she was too thin, I admired her acting. But what happened to Renée now? The expression is weird, exaggerated, the skin is smiling but the flesh is not smiling, the face is moving hard, but the effect is completely different, so wrong!

Oh, grief! An Oscar winner, not even old enough to be like that? There are many old actors, and some of them are more attractive as they get older. I am afraid that Renée has had too much Botox and his muscles are too stiff. The basic hardware for the performance is not ready, so don’t try harder. Even if you don’t feel uncomfortable, you have to think about it for the audience. Go home and rest, Renée, or you will not be guaranteed the evening.

Miss Potter quotes

  • Rupert Potter: Our daughter is famous, Helen. You're the only person who doesn't know it.

  • Beatrix Potter: [voiceover] There's something delicious about writing those first few words of a story. You can never quite tell where they will take you. Mine took me here, where I belong.
