Woody Stock is a hippie extravaganza. Millions of hippies from all over America came together to build their own utopias. A perfect spiritual world with only music. (There are other things besides music, of course.) What is the reason behind these young people leaving their parents and their comfortable and stable lives and flocking to this small town? Is attending a star-studded concert in the modern sense? Is it for Jimmy Hendrix and Bob Dylan? Yes and no. They are chasing ego, freedom, and love. If it's for Jimmy Hendrix and Bob Dylan, it's because they both symbolize that spirit.
The designers of this music carnival also realized the true meaning of releasing oneself and seeking freedom. The most primitive and genuine call in his heart, which was repressed in his life by the things his parents were forced to accomplish, finally broke free from the shackles. All those who approve or disapprove of this concert are infected and encouraged by the great free energy brought by this concert. There is no one who does not yearn for the true self. It is just that society, as a standardized huge machine, can not tolerate the most maverick and unruly.
Woody Stock is rock is more free, in my heart, she is immortal.
