The WAR between Two Men

Watching "Footprints" is like walking through a small labyrinth, and it is like playing a killing game. You don't know who is leading who, who is the police and who is the bandit. Jude Law went from the first defeat, to the dominant game in the midfield, and indulged in the game he directed. The detective he's got the upper hand, playing with Micheal Caine and having fun! In the end, the story has been tangled in capriciousness, one of your hearts has been hanging, you don't know how it will end, don't know whether JL wins or MC wins the game. Just as you were guessing left and right, a bang ended all your doubts. JL's death seemed to be expected, but it brought a burst of surprise, surprised by the ingenious arrangement of the story. The whole movie, just the two of them, is the most distinctive movie I've ever seen.

The form of a stage play is very beautiful. The two giants omg I am infatuated with PS. It is still the most beautiful in British English.

This re-make of the 1972 Mankiewicz classic, as remakes go, is really not so bad. Glossier, and more fraught with homoertic tension.

Andrew Wyke: She told you I was no good in bed?

    Milo Tindle: Oh, yes.

Andrew Wyke: She was joking. I'm wonderful in bed.

Milo Tindle: I must tell her.

  • Milo Tindle: I'm so glad you like my mind. Not many people like my mind. Quite a few people like my body... but i can't think of anyone who likes my mind.
