Coincidentally, I watched this movie when I was very depressed. When the mood is low, it is especially easy to be touched by some ordinary sadness. The color of life deprived by accidents and the numbness and silently suppressed freedom can make people feel empathy and tremble in their hearts.
If it is said that the joys and sorrows of the world are relatively easy to capture by the discerning eye, how to provide an outlet on this basis seems to be an unsolvable problem. The movie tries to give an answer, but a religious promise is a little too romantic.
If all the misfortunes in the world are all pranks of the tyrant God, and if this seemingly omniscient, but in fact powerless, serene God makes a fool of himself in this world created by himself, will he be able to make those who are tortured by mischief? Are people relieved? Going a step further, using the goddess of fraternity to defeat this tyrant, everyone is happy, does that mean that everyone can be happy? Can an incurable disease be cured? Can lonely people find spiritual solace? Can we see the harmony of the world at the end of the film? After the goddess operates the computer, just like "Nala's Runaway" and "The Prince and Princess Live Together Happily", it is a phantom that can be broken with a single poke, for self-comfort that leaves room for people to dream.
The miracle of the daughter of God is indeed a very unique setting in the first paragraphs. The miracle cannot regenerate the broken arm, but you can listen to your inner voice. However, as the miracle gradually escalated, and finally filled the screen with the color of fairy tales, I felt more and more emptiness. The fraternity of equality of all beings is indeed a return to Christian teachings, and it is a natural ending for this story composed of religious elements. However, there are only 18 apostles, and sentient beings like me cannot sit by the sea and wait for God’s salvation. Having seen the dream created by this movie, we still have to face our own lives in person.
