Be your own modern little princess

I have only seen this version of "The Little Princess", so I just wrote my own feelings about this film. As a fairy tale-themed story film, this version fits the template of a happy ending, in which the father survives the battlefield and is reunited with Sarah. There are also magical, fairytale-like places in the film, such as the food and beautiful clothes in the room where Sarah and Betsy woke up, although we all know that it was prepared by the Indian, but for what he can do. This is still a bit suspicious. Another example is the elopement between the classroom and the milkman, and in the end the principal digs the chimney, everything is too ideal. But we know that this is a fairy tale movie, and we would rather believe it is true than to solidify it with any conditions in reality. I respect the opinions of many commenters that do not correspond to reality. For a thousand readers, there are a thousand Hamlets. All we can see and gain in a film is what it instills in our minds, what inspires us, even if it is purely spiritual entertainment.

I personally like the style and charm of the last century in Europe and their elegant etiquette, but I can't compliment the conversations of the upper class at that time, just like the conversations and words of the children before Sarah had dinner with them for the first time. The content of the book is very in line with the way I understand the way of talking in high society, but it is really sad that such a child can say such things that are not in line with the child's thinking. The most incomprehensible thing is that imagination is not allowed here, and it is impossible to imagine how boring a world without imagination would be in a child's world.

Sara lived a very happy life at the beginning. She was flooded with love and did not have to touch the outside reality. She was naive and simple, but she knew how to be polite, respectful, and wanted a modern child. She firmly believed that every girl was a little princess. But it is not just a pampered princess, but a spiritual princess. When she learned of her father's sacrifice and became a servant, she once doubted whether she was a princess. In Sarah Sweeping, she was the youngest child and asked her, are you still a princess? ? Sarah avoided the answer because she wasn't sure if she was a princess because she had nothing material left. When she gave bread to a strange girl on the street and got a flower in return, she said to her: Thank you princess. She seemed to understand that no matter what situation she was in, as long as she was kind, she was a princess. She is like that flower, still so bright in the cold winter, still so bright in the dark valley.

Whenever we mention princesses, what we think of is having beautiful castles, beautiful clothes, beautiful faces, and everyone's respect, but what we should learn most is the spirit of princesses. We are not princesses, we are just ordinary people in contemporary society, but we want to be our own princesses, we do our best to make ourselves look beautiful and elegant, so we have to exercise and read books. When encountering difficulties, we must have the spirit of a princess, we must be strong and brave, and not be afraid of all difficulties. Be friendly and respectful like Sarah, be strong and brave, dare to face reality, and seek a little ideal in reality.

Maybe we don't have a delicate face and a good family, but we can cultivate our hearts and make our hearts become a strong and brave little princess.

Sara Crewe: That's not true. I'm here with you. I've always thought of us as sisters.

    Becky: You have?

Sara Crewe: Let's make a promise right now: to always look out for each other.

    Becky: It's a promise.

    [they embrace]

Sara Crewe: Me, too. Do you think we shouldn't eat it?

    Becky: I'm not that scared!
