This film is a remake of a Korean movie. Although I haven't seen the Korean version, it looks too ordinary from this version.
In the end, the heroine is a lunatic. She accidentally killed her mother and killed her sisters. The part of the illusion looks haunted, but in the end it is just an illusion caused by the heroine's insanity.
