The 1990s was a time when good movies came out in large numbers. Look at how decadent the current movie market is and how poor creativity is. Some of the weapon designs in this film still seem to be dazzling, although it is a Hollywood-style commercial action film routine. But the victory is that the rhythm is tight and the climax is repeated, and there is almost no invalid plot to drag time.
The governor’s courageous and prudent image is also more successful. Although jumping off a plane is exaggerated, it does not hinder the enjoyment of watching. The film was nominated for the 69th Oscar for Best Sound Editing. The action movie with the old-fashioned plot, the scene of grabbing the parachute in the air is very impressive and very classic.
