Adapted from the musical of the same name, the famous song "Don't Cry for Me, Argentina" is from the play, showing the legendary life of Mrs. Veron from the illegitimate daughter to the first lady of Argentina. Alan Parker and Oliver Stone are teaming up again after Midnight Express, but the duo is said to have had a bad time working together. I guess the montage of Mrs. Veron's funeral at the beginning and her childhood attending her father's funeral as an illegitimate daughter may be from Stone, which is a common biography of his style, but I can't say for sure later. The portrayal of the Veron couple's political skills in this work mainly focuses on the guidance and incitement of public opinion, which is quite populist. It also introduces the panic and anxiety of the privileged class after the Veron couple came to power to contrast. The first half of Mrs. Bellon seemed to be just a glamorous girl who tossed between men and played them in the palm of her hand, and then gradually showed her political influence in the second half. Except for the theme song, the rest of the songs leave little impression, and their functions are single, and they basically tend to narrate and supplement the background. The High Sparrow's performance of Warlord Veron is a bit inconsistent, and Madonna's performance is very moving.

The five-star music three-star drama Madonna imitated Eva Perón, but the stage where she was suffering from cancer was too sloppy. . .

Ché: High flying, adored. Did you believe in your wildest moments all this would be yours, that you'd become the lady of them all? Were there stars in your eyes when you crawled in at night - from the bars, from the sidewalks, from the gutter theatrical? Don't look down, it's a long, long way to fall.

Eva's Dressers: Eyes! Hair! Mouth! Figure! Dress! Voice! Style! Movement! Hands! Magic! Rings! Glamour! Face! Diamonds! Excitement! Image!
Eva Perón: I came from the people. They need to adore me, so Christian Dior me from my head to my toes. I need to be dazzling - I want to be rainbow high! They must have excitement - and so must I!
