The father of nine-year-old boy Oscar was killed in the 9/11 accident, leaving a shadow in his young heart. Oscar accidentally found an envelope with "Black" and a key. Oscar thought this was a clue left by his father to find him, and there must be some secret hidden behind the key.

I am so touched, the family is the warmest harbor, and the things my mother did for her son at the end of the film are so touching. Oscar finally found himself after losing his father on 9/11. Although the key belongs to someone else, he opened his heart. Really touched

This drama has changed my impression of Sandra Bullock a lot...

Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close quotes

  • Oskar Schell: I'm sure people tell you this constantly, but if you look under "incredibly beautiful" in the dictionary, there's a picture of you.
