Non-serious drama reviews, the original party casually talks about opinions

After reading the original book, I have some feelings about the adapted drama, just talk about it. (My first drama review is dedicated to Grandma and the BBC?)

First of all, there are some changes in the characters. 1. Vera. Vera was too calm, and also deleted the seagrass clip, not showing the feeling of fear but desperate restraint in the original book. Vera was mad and was woken up by the doctor, and the doctor was mad and woke up by Vera, which showed the cold blood and quietness in Vera's bones. The hostility between the two was also somewhat inexplicable. (However, through what Vera said to the judge to frame Lombard at the end, it can also be seen that the play's positioning of Vera is different from the original. Here she continues to choose to deceive the judge and will not miss a chance to survive. Guilty is also less disturbing than the original.) 2. Rogers. It felt too gloomy and too calm, and was changed into the image of a cold-blooded family. In the original work, the accusation of overturning the plate was also deleted, and the cautious appearance of the guests was gone. There are also plots like beating his wife, which are in line with his sinful setting, but it doesn't feel as good as the original male servants of that era. 3. Lombard, Blore, and Anthony are pretty much what I expected, and the judge seems a bit thinner than expected...? Haha, but the observation and expression of the eyes are all in place.

In terms of plot, 1. The intimacy between Vera and Lombard is somewhat unreasonable. In that emergency situation, Lombard's experience should not allow him to fully trust Vera, although it can also be felt in the original work. There is a vague feeling between the two, but it is more reasonable for the two to doubt each other when they finally see the doctor's body. 2. The final dialogue between the judge and Vera is more exciting. When I read the original book, I thought that the judge could come out of the shadow of the cabinet and confess to Vera, which would also increase her feeling of being teased and her inner guilt. Maybe the judge would be more satisfied? ? However, the original monologue of the Drift Bottle is also great (I read it twice and didn't understand how the judge committed suicide with a rubber band shotgun?), the ending of the play is just Soldier Island, giving people a feeling of hesitating to speak.

Yes, in the end, what was left, and nothing was left.

Agatha's original work is impeccable, and it is still one step away from the masterpiece. The good thing about this drama is that it is short and powerful. If it is made into an American drama, it is estimated that there will be at least 10 episodes, and at least 40 episodes of mainland dramas.
