There is no right or wrong

This story is told by several narrators from multiple perspectives, but it is not multiple truths like Rashomon, but like a puzzle, with the progress of the plot slowly putting together all the ins and outs. The most important thing is that each narrator has his own rationale, and everyone justifies his own behavior. It seems that it is everyone else who is at fault, but the same is that they are all burdened with each other's loneliness, helplessness, and love. I will not judge who is right and who is wrong, because there is no right or wrong.
Another thing that must be talked about is the music and shooting techniques, especially in the first half, which are perfectly integrated.

Confessions quotes

  • Shuya Watanabe: Nobody taught me that killing people was wrong. Where other kids got read picture books and fairy tales, my mom taught me Ohm's Law and Norton's theorum. She only ever talked about electronics.

  • Yuko Moriguchi: This is my revenge. I have plunged you into the depths of hell. This is the first step towards your redemption... just kidding.
