I don't understand why the rating surpassed the previous one

The story of this work is too weak. Although there is a story, it is obviously not strong enough. As a result, the director's philosophical speculation on human nature-robot is attached to the weak plot, which is very deformed in the form of the work. As a result, no matter how towering the director wants to convey, there is no convincing.

A large number of quoted literary works, although very gorgeous, but very abrupt, can not properly integrate into the atmosphere and express ideas, it is better to write normal lines.

That part of the Togusa and Bart cycle, which ignores the viewer experience too much, is really uncomfortable.

Kusanagi Motoko appeared too late, so she basically did not participate in the plot, but was just a rescuer who assisted in the battle, which was very disappointing to fans; and, at the most superficial level, Kusanagi Motoko was attached to the "sex robot". It's nauseating and disrespectful to the viewer's feelings.

The picture is slender and beautiful. But I am more inclined to go to the 95 version of the 3D style. This version of the metal, 3d strong "Angel Hunter" style of painting does not match the cyberpunk Newport.

All in all, the applause is not the seat. If you give a score of 9.1 for the director's idea, it is really incomprehensible...

Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence quotes

  • Lin: We got loyalty even in my line.

Bateau: There's loyalty that protects secrets and loyalty that projects the truth. You cannot serve both masters, so which loyalty is yours?

  • Bateau: Still with me, pal?

Togusa: [with his head between his hands, looking to the floor] All I could see... were my wife and daughter's faces.

Bateau: That wasn't your wife or daughter. It was Death.
