The system is the root of all evil

This is a more outstanding masterpiece than the previous one. While the film continues to control the rhythm of the first film, it uses a more abundant plot to directly point to the corruption and darkness of Brazil’s real social government, and it builds its inner depth in a powerful way. At the same time, the fierce battle against the entire corrupt system by one person is so shocking.

When the entire social system operates in accordance with the rules of the underworld organization, and democracy, politics, law, and justice are all in the form of criminal methods, then the assumption that 90% of the entire country will go to prison will not be appalling. This is not a simple police movie, but an accurate prediction of a corrupt society.

When the protagonist of the film has become a popular hero in Brazil, and every line in his film can have more public influence than the words of the Brazilian president! This is really the most glorious scene in movie history!

  • Fortunato: Governor... you know what this is? The "kiss it good-bye" dance.
