On the road for today's value

After watching the movie on the road. I've been looking forward to it ever since I heard it was going to be made into a movie. I read the novel many times, but couldn't finish it. The Beat Generation is, after all, too far away for us, even for today's Americans. The movie itself doesn't have much practical significance, it's nothing more than young people crossing the United States, having sex, and smoking marijuana. However, it can better let people understand the Beat Generation. It is estimated that few people can read Kerouac's original work patiently. For us, the original is completely irrelevant.
After watching the movie, people can't help but think about where the value is on the road. Sal is on the road because he needs inspiration for writing materials, and Marylou is obsessed with Dean on the road, so Dean, as the core character of Dean, would not be on the road without him. Stealing cars, smoking marijuana, picking up girls, no sense of responsibility, even doing it with gay guys for money. Why on the road, I don't know.
For me, studying abroad and traveling are all to better understand the world and to see the scenery outside. Or there is restless blood flowing in his bones. Whenever I sit in the car and look at the scenery passing by through the window, I have an inexplicable sense of solidity in my heart. Give yourself a motivation on the road, every time you reach the end is for the next departure.
If you want to do something, do it while you are young and brave. When you're on the road, the difficulty is cut in half.

On the Road quotes

  • Carlo Marx: I'd gotten so crazy over Dean.

  • Dean Moriarty: Alas, alas, Sal. It's not me, I'm drunk. But my soul talking direct soul language, so to speak, to my deepest blood brother and holy goof, that's you. And to be formal and analytical about it, let me objectify the characteristics I miss the most of you. Number 1 your conversation. Number 2 your brotherly smile, man. But I shall go on, so to close and get the gist Denver waits for you. Carlo in his damp grotto and clowned misery to use a paradox of expression waits for you, so get on it! Be quick and hurry to me, no delay. Bring Paradise to Denver. Bring Paradise to Denver. And I love you as ever. Dean, Drunk.
