The story of breaking the moral law may be closer to reality...

I hope everyone will stop thinking that movies should be as educational as textbooks, that good people should be rewarded, and bad people should be punished. I'm not advocating the lack of ethics, but I feel that a great movie like this one is closer to reality than those movies with the same theme. There are enough of these movies that can bend reality in order to take care of karma, and it's repulsive enough.
The film did not end with the arrest of the male protagonist. I think this treatment makes the whole story more thought-provoking, which is worthy of recognition. The male protagonist does not exist as a single person, not even a certain type of person in society. He may be the devil hidden in each of us, the ghost wandering in every society. He was so ordinary that no one noticed and no one cared. He looks very kind on the outside, but his heart is full of loneliness, anguish and jealousy that no one knows about.
Of course, I also agree that there are some flaws in the design of the male lead's escape, mainly because the director put more energy on the creation of the atmosphere.

My very best. Every day of my life...
