Workplace inspirational drama, suitable for ugly ducklings

It claims to be the Latin American version of The Devel Wears Prada.
Betty and Andrea are in the same place that a girl who is very unsuitable to enter the fashion industry accidentally got a "thousands of girls' dream job". However, Andrea is because of the appreciation of the editor-in-chief Miranda, and Betty is only because the behind-the-scenes boss Bradford Meade does not want his son Daniel editor-in-chief to sleep with his assistant.
So, Betty's situation was very awkward at first, and coupled with her Queen's origin and Latin American ancestry, she was even lower than Andrea's starting point.
Also, the supporting characters are cute too.
Betty's sister Hilda has no brains, and the two sisters secretly envy each other; the little nephew is also a fashionable person, but is a bit "sissy"; although the father is an illegal immigrant, he is always the spiritual pillar of the sisters. And Betty's boyfriend, Little Jaw, Walter, always has some of the store specials as gifts. The cutest, though, is still in the Mode Magazine building.
Wilhelmina is a copy of Miranda, but here she is not Betty's boss, but an enemy. Betty also has a "rival in love", the receptionist Amanda, a shallow fashion girl who does not hide her shallowness at all. The only thing to hide is a genuine crush on Daniel. Wilhelmina's assistant Marc, who is gay, is as unabashed as Amanda. His most signature gesture is to raise his orchid fingers and retreat with a disgusted expression towards unfashionable things and people.
