Take a precious vacation to carefully taste this masterpiece. It started well and is quite classic. The analysis of the case, the attitude of the victim's family, and the suspect's past are all step-by-step.
Then I saw that the protagonist's friend was killed, and I couldn't sit still. Various signs showed that - OK, I'll continue to watch, what if the director is 100 times more powerful than I thought? And then sticking to episode 5, I've started looking in the mirror to see if my face looks like a black question mark.
This film is a well-established documentary describing the process of criminal case detection. There is no, any, turning point.

The so-called suspense is all misleading caused by my preconceived ideas after reading the film review. Go back and watch it again, it is just a documentary with an ordinary plot but well-made, and the social criticism is very strong. The 50 cents see the absurd judicial system of capitalism, and the 5 cents see the freedom of the press and the democratic system's ability to correct the government's mistakes.
The really awesome part of this film is the horror you feel when you get in touch with the criminal's heart. Strictly speaking, you can skip watching the first 4 episodes of this film, just watch the last two episodes.
