Against Michael Moore's point of view!

I feel this person is too extreme. At the beginning of this movie, a bunch of families lose their homes, MM said how can banks do this or not! But he only saw the outcome of the matter, and never thought about why these people couldn't pay back the money. It was not because these citizens were not able to pay debts, but they still took loans to buy houses, and they were dumbfounded! Then I talked about privatized jail. A company cooperates with court to make money, but has never thought that under the capital system, this can change the enthusiasm of an enterprise? Later, he talked about companies making money by giving insurance to employees, and when they died, MM said it was inhumane! please! ! ! Think about it from the company's point of view! As an employee in my company, you are my asset. If you fail one day, of course it will cause losses to me. Can't I get insurance?

Watching a group of well-dressed and ruddy Americans complain about how bad their country is is still mixed.

Utopian socialism and capitalism, one is whether or not to survive, the other is to live in pain, there are various problems with the characteristics of XXXism under XXXism, but I firmly believe that there is a balance point here so that people can live well. No matter how disappointed I am with these things, at least the director's final behavior made me suddenly realize that as a documentary filmmaker, I can also take practical actions.

Capitalism: A Love Story quotes

  • Michael Moore: You know, I can't really do this anymore, unless those of you who are watching this in the theater want to join me. I hope you will. And please... speed it up.

  • Michael Moore: [Regarding the February, 2009 crash of Continental flight 3407 in Buffalo, New York] No one survived the crash, and 50 people lost their lives. The Media focused on the actions of the pilots.

Continental air crash reporter: Capt. Marvin Renslow and First Officer Shaw were chatting about their careers.

Michael Moore: "Careers" is a euphemism for what the pilots were really talking about: how little they were paid, and how overworked they were. There would be no discussion in the Media about why we have an economic system that allows a pilot to be paid less than a manager at Taco Bell.
