I do believe in what Lao Nong said, the essence of American spirit is American dream, and the core of American dream is to live on our born talents and afterborn efforts. Thus I do believe that the best, the most suitable style for America is Republican party's way of running the government. But is this also a fantasy created on the basis of Utopia? And is Republican America , the dreaming Capitalidsm also an ideal while imconstructable fantasy just like Communism?
Actually the movie can suit any country else, even including China .
Also I wander why Capitalism suddenly turned into this, the bubble crapped down before the rest outsiders are able to squeeze in. Is it the truth that the property before is actually the result of deprival, like what out textbooks preach? Is it the Babillion built on the deprival of other countries while the rubbish, the different trash made after the industrialization were dumped to the 3rd world?
For God's sake, 1:54
Also, it turns out that everyone is secretly envious of people living in other lands without understanding If the fire burns, it will not only bully the little friends on one square meter

To put it so plainly, even though I was on the same side as him, it would not convince the opponents. He also carefully invited many pastors to condemn the evils of capitalism. In my opinion, it was to prove to conservatives that his idea was neither a radical leftist, nor a socialist, nor an anti-Christ, but was in line with the traditions of American society. Compatible foundations. But how do you replace capitalism with democracy? i really don't understand

Capitalism: A Love Story quotes

  • Michael Moore: You know, I can't really do this anymore, unless those of you who are watching this in the theater want to join me. I hope you will. And please... speed it up.

  • Michael Moore: [Regarding the February, 2009 crash of Continental flight 3407 in Buffalo, New York] No one survived the crash, and 50 people lost their lives. The Media focused on the actions of the pilots.

Continental air crash reporter: Capt. Marvin Renslow and First Officer Shaw were chatting about their careers.

Michael Moore: "Careers" is a euphemism for what the pilots were really talking about: how little they were paid, and how overworked they were. There would be no discussion in the Media about why we have an economic system that allows a pilot to be paid less than a manager at Taco Bell.
